ご利用規約 (Terms of Use)

この利用規約は、Koko Petto Innが提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」とします）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用になる前に、以下の規約をよくお読みください。本サービスをご利用になった場合、お客様は本規約の全ての条項に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Koko Petto Inn (hereinafter, "our service"). Please read these terms carefully before using our service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. サービス内容 (Service Scope)

Koko Petto Innは、以下のペット関連サービスを提供します。

• 犬猫の宿泊預かり (Overnight boarding for dogs and cats)
• 日中のペットデイケア (Daytime pet daycare)
• グルーミングサービス（入浴、スタイリング含む） (Grooming services including bathing and styling)
• 基本的なしつけトレーニング (Basic obedience training)
• ペット送迎サービス (Pet transportation services)
• 老齢または医療的ケアが必要なペットへの専門ケア (Specialized care for senior or medically fragile pets)

2. ご利用条件 (Conditions of Use)

• 本サービスご利用のペットは、必要な予防接種（狂犬病、混合ワクチン等）を済ませていることが条件となります。証明書をご提示いただく場合がございます。

  Pets utilizing our service must have received all necessary vaccinations (e.g., rabies, DHLPP/FVRCP). Proof of vaccination may be required.

• 攻撃的な行動をとる、または伝染病の疑いがあるペットは、他のペットやスタッフの安全のため、ご利用をお断りする場合がございます。

  Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior or suspected of having contagious diseases may be denied service for the safety of other pets and staff.

• 予約は事前に行っていただく必要があり、空き状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます。

  Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

3. 料金と支払い (Fees and Payment)

各サービスの料金は、別途定める料金表に基づきます。料金は、サービス利用前に明確に提示され、支払いは指定された方法で行っていただきます。

Service fees are based on the separate price list. Fees will be clearly presented before service utilization, and payment must be made via specified methods.

4. キャンセルポリシー (Cancellation Policy)

キャンセルの場合は、サービス利用日の〇日前までにKoko Petto Innにご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合や期日を過ぎてからのキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。詳細は別途定めるキャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。

For cancellations, please notify Koko Petto Inn at least [number] days prior to the service date. Failure to do so or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for full details.

5. ペットの健康と安全 (Pet Health and Safety)

• お預かりするペットの健康状態について、事前にお申し出ください。特に、持病やアレルギー、投薬が必要な場合は必ずお知らせください。

  Please inform us in advance about your pet's health condition, especially any chronic illnesses, allergies, or required medications.

• 本サービス利用中にペットの急病や怪我が発生した場合、Koko Petto Innは速やかに適切な獣医療機関に連絡し、必要な処置を受けさせます。その際の治療費はお客様のご負担となります。

  In the event of sudden illness or injury to a pet during service, Koko Petto Inn will promptly contact an appropriate veterinary institution and arrange for necessary treatment. All treatment costs incurred will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

• 当施設の管理下での不手際によるペットへの損害が発生した場合、Koko Petto Innは損害の程度に応じた補償を行います。ただし、天災、不可抗力、またはペット自身の体質や既存の病気に起因する損害については、一切の責任を負いかねます。

  Should any harm or damage occur to a pet under our care due to our negligence or fault, Koko Petto Inn will provide compensation commensurate with the extent of the damage. However, we assume no liability for damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or issues stemming from the pet's inherent constitution or pre-existing conditions.

6. お客様の責任 (Client Responsibilities)

• お客様は、Koko Petto Innの施設、設備、または他のペットやスタッフに、お客様のペットが損害を与えた場合、その損害に対する責任を負うものとします。

  Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to Koko Petto Inn's facilities, equipment, or to other pets or staff.

• お預かり期間中にペットが必要とする食事、おやつ、投薬については、お客様から明確な指示と共に提供いただくか、事前にお知らせください。

  Clients must provide clear instructions and provisions (food, treats, medication) for their pet during its stay, or inform us in advance.

7. 個人情報保護 (Privacy Policy)

Koko Petto Innは、お客様の個人情報を、本サービスの提供、顧客管理、お問い合わせ対応、およびKoko Petto Innが提供する他のサービスのお知らせのために利用いたします。法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく第三者に開示することはありません。

Koko Petto Inn will use your personal information for providing our service, customer management, handling inquiries, and informing you about other services offered by Koko Petto Inn. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. 免責事項 (Disclaimer)

Koko Petto Innは、ウェブサイトに掲載する情報について、正確性、完全性、有用性等につき、いかなる保証もするものではありません。ウェブサイトの利用により生じた直接的または間接的な損害に対し、いかなる責任も負いません。

Koko Petto Inn makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information on our site. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred from the use of our site.

9. 規約の変更 (Changes to Terms)

Koko Petto Innは、必要に応じて本規約を改定できるものとします。改定された規約は、本サイトに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Koko Petto Inn reserves the right to revise these terms as necessary. The revised terms will take effect from the time they are posted on this site.

10. 準拠法と管轄 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本規約に関連して生じた一切の紛争については、京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
